Mandy is a mindful eating and body coach for women who have spent years yo-yo dieting and obsessing over food and exercise. She coaches women to reveal the blocks in their relationships with food + their own bodies so that they can feel sane around food and at peace with their reflections.

Mandy introduced non-negotiables to me while I was working with her last year. And though I was using them to improve my lifestyle after having two kids. I have found that they are super handy to have while creating your own empire.
