10min Journaling Exercise to Let Go of Limiting Beliefs

Do you wake up each morning with the same thoughts blocking you from what it is you really want? I have designed a journaling exercise that prompts you to unlock your limiting beliefs and help you release them once and for all. 

The process takes you through looking at the root of where you created your beliefs and the surprising ways you may have reaffirmed them to make them true and keep them in place. To then forgiving and accepting that you created them and that is where the magic of working through your own patterns.

It’s a powerful exercise to do daily.

When I first created this process I was working through a block about having to work hard for money. I spent a good six weeks focusing on it, each day I would uncover another story of where I believed it to be true. Some days I would relive the same scenario uncovering new elements that I somehow I had not claimed. 

Journaling has been a powerful tool for me to process my thoughts and to heal. Writing is a way of declaring your truth and owning it and this journaling exercise really works through the steps of taking ownership of our own actions.
